Savio Kabugo Says Goodbye to Soltilo Bright Stars
Former Uganda Cranes defender Savio Kabugo has officially bid farewell to Soltilo Bright Stars FC, marking the end of a brief but memorable stint with the club. In a heartfelt message on his X account, Kabugo expressed his gratitude to the team, saying, “Hello Soltilo Bright Stars..just here to thank you for the opportunity of working together with you it’s been a short term that has created unforgettable memories….Asante sana and success in the future.” 🤝🤝

Defender Kabugo had joined Soltilo Bright Stars FC in September last year, after parting ways with Entebbe UPPC FC, and has now moved on to explore new horizons.
Despite being disturbed by injuries in recent times, Kabugo has had a storied career spanning over a decade, playing for some of Uganda’s top clubs, including SC Villa, URA FC, Proline FC, KCCA FC, Lugazi FC, and Victoria University, as well as AS Vita Club in DR Congo.
