NEC FC Bolsters The Midfield With Express FC Star
NEC Football Club has made a significant move in the transfer market, signing talented attacking midfielder John Assimwe from Express Football Club. According to reliable sources, Assimwe has joined the Bugolobi-based club, looking to add creativity and flair to their midfield.

The young midfielder has been impressing with his performances for Express FC, showcasing his exceptional skills, vision, and goal-scoring ability.
Assimwe was part of the Uganda Cubs U17 team that reached the round of 16 at the FIFA U17 World Cup in Qatar last year, showcasing his talent on the international stage. A former student at St Henry’s Kitovu and Bukedea Comprehensive School, Assimwe’s footballing journey is an inspiration to many young players in Uganda. He has continued to develop his game, earning him a spot in the Express FC squad.
