Kira & Bugerere Forward Joins Express FC.

Seven time Uganda Premier League champions Express Football Club have completed the signing of Kira United Forward Henry Wamala.

Wamala was very instrumental for Kira United FC as they topped Ssezibwa group to set up a final with Katonga champions Super Eagles Lungogwe FC despite losing the Buganda Region League playoffs finals .

Henry Wamala currently features for Bugerere Ssaza Football Club at the ongoing 2025 Masaza Cup .

This year’s Masaza Cup Campaign Henry Wamala has scored about three goals and he was named the player of the Month of July.

Bugerere Ssaza Football Club advanced to the Quarter finals at the ongoing Masaza Cup and they will face Buluuri next weekend.

Henry Wamala ‘Kalagi’ also featured for Kyadondo Ssaza FC.

He played for fourth Division side Kireka Young Football Club under the Stewardship of Ssekirimwa Shem and Kalagi Soccer Academy.

Physicality : Henry Wamala is strong and athletic build which allows him to dominate aerial battles and hold off defenders

With this signing, Express FC aims to bolster their squad ahead of the Uganda Premier League campaign, building on their seven-time league championship legacy.
