Former Uganda Cranes Forward Joins Super Eagles Lungogwe FC.

Super Eagles Lungogwe Football Club, the reigning champions of the Buganda Region League, has announced the signing of former Uganda Cranes forward, Francis Olaki.

This strategic move is part of the club’s ambitious plans to secure promotion to the FUFA Big League.

Francis Olaki is a skilled striker who has had an illustrious career, playing for various clubs both locally and internationally. Some of his notable clubs include:

Jogo Young: Where he developed his skills

Soana FC: A prominent Ugandan club

KCCA FC: Uganda’s most successful club

SC Villa: Another top-tier club in Uganda

Extension Gunners FC: Based in Botswana

KF Tirana: A renowned Albanian club

Buildcon FC: A Zambian club

Olaki’s career is marked by several notable achievements:

Uganda Cranes Debut: He scored on his debut in 2014 against Mauritania, helping Uganda win 3-0.

CHAN Tournament: He was part of the Uganda Cranes team that featured in the 2014 CHAN Tournament in South Africa.

Masaza Cup: He featured for Buluuri and helped them win the prestigious 2011 Masaza Cup. He also played for Buweekula.

Super Eagles Lungogwe FC’s Ambitions

With Olaki on board, Super Eagles Lungogwe FC aims to overcome last season’s setback, where they lost the regional league promotional playoffs finals to Catda FC. The club is determined to make a strong push for promotion to the FUFA Big League under the stewardship of Kiberu Mubarak.
