The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the ticket prices for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, set to be hosted in Morocco.

The prices for the tournament matches have been categorized into three tiers – Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3 – with costs varying depending on the stage of the competition.

Ticket Prices Breakdown
The ticket prices in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and their approximate equivalent in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) are as follows:

Opening Match: Tickets range from 150 MAD (~56,000 UGX) in Category 3 to 500 MAD (~188,000 UGX) in Category 1.

Group Stage Matches: Prices start from 100 MAD (~36,000 UGX) for Category 3 to 400 MAD (~150,000 UGX) for Category 1 for top group stage matches. Regular group stage matches range from 100 MAD (~36,000 UGX) to 300 MAD (~112,000 UGX).

Knockout Stages: Ticket prices increase as the tournament progresses. For the Round of 16 and 3rd place match, prices range from 150 MAD (~56,000 UGX) to 500 MAD (~188,000 UGX). Quarter-finals tickets cost between 200 MAD (~76,000 UGX) and 600 MAD (~228,000 UGX). Semi-finals range from 300 MAD (~112,000 UGX) to 800 MAD (~300,000 UGX).

Final Match: The most expensive tickets are for the final, ranging from 400 MAD (~152,000 UGX) in Category 3 to 900 MAD (~340,000 UGX) in Category 1.
