29 Universities Set To Clash In Pepsi UFL

The Pepsi University Football League is all set for the 2025-26 season ,29 Universities Confirmed: A total of 29 universities will participate in the league.

Kickoff Date: The season is scheduled to start on Thursday, September 25, 2024, in Kampala, although the venue is yet to be confirmed.

Masaza Cup Player Limit: Each university is allowed to include a maximum of three Masaza Cup players in their team.

DefendingChampion:
Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi are the reigning champions, having won the 2024-25 season by defeating St Lawrence University 3-0 in the final at Wankulukuku Stadium.

The groups are divided as follows:

Group A: UMU, Mbarara, Mt. of the Moon, Unik, KIU, Kampala University

Group B: Kabale, BSU, Muteesa, Bugema, Africa Renewal University, IUEA

Group C: Nkumba, Busitema, Soroti YMCA, ISBAT, Kyambogo

Group D: SLAU, Muni, Lira, Gulu, MUBS

Group E: IUIU, Kumi, Makerere, UCU, Ndejje, King Caesar University
