Police FC vs Mbarara City FC: At Kiira Road Police Arena, the hosts Police FC shared spoils 1-1 with Mbarara City FC.

Shakur Jemba scored for Police FC in the 26th minute, before new signing Matege Reagan equalized for Mbarara City 13 minutes from stoppage time.
Notably, defender Matege Reagan joined Mbarara City FC this season from Police FC
Lugazi FC vs Calvary FC
At Najjembe Stadium, Lugazi FC continued their dominance over Calvary FC, claiming a 3-1 victory.

Simon Odeke gave Calvary FC an early lead in the 11th minute, but Waswa Paul leveled matters for Lugazi FC just seven minutes later.
Sharif Saka scored Lugazi FC’s second goal in the 30th minute, and Ashiraf Mulindi, a new signing from SC Villa, scored the third goal 10 minutes from stoppage time.

Entebbe UPPC vs Buhimba United Saints FC:
At Bugonga Fisheries Ground, Entebbe UPPC lost their opening match 1-0 to Buhimba United Saints FC.

John Wesley Kisakye scored the only goal in the 14th minute, becoming the first player to score for Buhimba United Saints FC in UPL history. Abdullah Mubiru suffered his first loss in charge of Entebbe UPPC.

Kitara FC vs KCCA FC:
At The Royals Park, Kitara FC shared spoils 1-1 with KCCA FC. Emmanuel Alex Waswa scored the opening goal of the 2025-26 season for Kitara FC, while Sharif Ssenyondo equalized for KCCA FC in the 79th minute.
