Kyaddondo United Women FC Unveil Sponsors and Partners Ahead of 2026/27 Buganda Women Region League Season
Kyaddondo Women Football Club has taken a major step forward in its growth journey after officially unveiling its sponsors and partners ahead of the 2026/27 Buganda Women League season.
Kyaddondo announced a strong backing of seven entities who have committed to supporting the club both on and off the pitch as it prepares for a competitive campaign. The unveiling was held as part of the club’s broader preparations to build a more professional and sustainable women’s football project.
Under the stewardship of experienced coach Edward Lugoloobi, Kyaddondo Women FC has steadily grown into one of the most organized teams in the Buganda Region League. Lugoloobi, who previously handled Luweero Giant Queens, is known for nurturing top talent, including Hadija Babirye who is currently playing for Kawempe Muslim Ladies Football Club and Finance Trust FUFA Women Super League top scorer last season Jesca Namanda among others
The club, which hosts its home matches at Mwerere Playground, will this season be backed by three main sponsors: GS Restaurant, Peoples Medical Hospital and Selfa Holdings Limited. They will be complemented by four official partners: Hopeful Future Kayunga, Myrah Logistics U Limited, Myrah Maize Flour and Fainaz Junior School Namagoma.
For Kyaddondo Women FC, this sponsorship is more than just financial support. It is a vote of confidence in women’s football and community development. The backing will help the club improve player welfare, secure better training equipment, facilitate transport for away matches and enhance its visibility in the region.
