Transfers :Former St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende Captain Joins UPL Side Ntugasaze Football Club
Ntugasaze Football Club have bolstered their defensive department with the acquisition of former St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende captain Simon Mukisa.
The central defender has completed his move to the Startimes Uganda Premier League side from Kiyinda Boys Football Club, where he featured last season in the FUFA Big League.
Mukisa arrives at Ntugasaze with a strong reputation as a composed and intelligent defender. He is highly regarded for his game reading, his confidence in initiating attacks from the back, and his strength in aerial duels, attributes that are expected to significantly strengthen the team’s backline heading into the new campaign.
The move marks Mukisa’s first experience in the Uganda Premier League, presenting a major step in his young career. Before joining Kiyinda Boys, he previously featured for SC Villa, mainly for their feeder side Wembley Boys FC in the Kampala Region League. He will now be looking to adapt quickly to the demands of top-flight football and establish himself as a key figure for Ntugasaze FC.
