Kigozi Brace Sparks Entebbe UPPC to Victory Over BUL FC

In a thrilling encounter at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru, Entebbe UPPC emerged victorious against BUL FC, winning 2-0 in a match that showcased their determination and skill.

The visitors’ triumph was courtesy of a second-half brace from Ambrose Kigozi, who netted in the 47th and 55th minutes to seal the win for Entebbe UPPC.

Kigozi, a new signing from Kiyinda Boys FC, has now taken his tally to three goals this season in the Startimes Uganda Premier League.

Entebbe UPPC’s win was a welcome relief after losing their previous match 2-0 to Police FC, and it has propelled them to fifth position with 13 points from eight matches.

Coach Abdallah Mubiru’s side have recorded their fourth win of the season and will look to build on this momentum when they travel to Mbarara City FC on December 3, 2025.

On the other hand, BUL FC’s loss is a setback for Coach Abbey Kikomeko’s side, who now sit eighth on the table with 10 points from eight matches. The team will look to bounce back when they host KCCA FC on December 6, 2025, at home.

BUL FC have now lost two matches in a row, having been beaten 1-0 by Kitara Football Club at Royal Park Butema in their previous outing.
