The Uganda Cranes utility player has made a huge impact in her side’s do-or-die last group B match against USFAS Bamako Women from Mali, featuring for the full 90 minutes in a 1-1 draw that sent FC Masar through to the last four.
Dramatic Finish Secures Semi-Final Spot
Oumou Kone’s 10th-minute goal gave USFAS Bamako the lead, but FC Masar’s determination paid off in the 95th minute when Farah El Mahdy equalized, securing a vital point that sent them through to the semi-finals. The Mali side had been reduced to 10 players after Djouma Kamate’s sending off two minutes before halftime.

Nabulime’s Unwavering Commitment
Nabulime has been a rock for FC Masar, playing full-time in all three group matches, including a 5-0 thrashing of 15 De Agosto Women and a goalless draw against FAR Rabat. Her performances have been instrumental in FC Masar’s progress, and she will be looking to inspire her side to further success in the semi-finals.
FC Masar’s Semi-Final Opponent
FC Masar finished second in Group A with five points, setting up a semi-final clash with ASEC Mimosas Women, who topped Group B with seven points from three matches.

ASEC Mimosas Women are making their debut in the CAF Women’s Champions League, but FC Masar will be looking to make history and reach the final.
History Beckons for Nabulime
If FC Masar wins, Nabulime will become the first female Ugandan player to play in the CAF Women’s Champions League final. Last year’s tournament saw Aisha Nantongo and Nankya Shadia feature for FC Masar and be named in the Best XI team, and Nabulime will be looking to join their ranks.
In the last year’s tournament FC Masar edged Edo Queens 4-3 via penalty shout-outs having shared spoils 0-0 in the normal time during the third place playoffs in Morocco.
