IFFHS Awards 2025: Clement Turpin Crowned Men’s World Best Referee
Clement Turpin has been named the IFFHS Men’s World Best Referee 2025, marking a milestone in his illustrious career. The French referee topped the rankings with 65 points, beating François Letexier and Szymon Marciniak, who tied for second with 55 points each.m.

Turpin’s exceptional performances in continental competitions, showcasing control, calmness, and outstanding positioning, secured him the award. He’s consistently ranked among the world’s top referees, finishing 4th in 2024, and 3rd in 2023 and 2022.
