Allan Kabonge, affectionately known as “The Messiah,” has parted ways with Young Elephants FC to take the helm at Iganga United Football Club, a FUFA Big League side struggling to avoid relegation. The club officially announced his appointment, highlighting his extensive expertise and experience in local football as a key factor in their decision.

“We officially announce the appointment of Coach @AllanKabonge aka ‘The Messiah,’ who will join the club on Monday. With his extensive expertise and experience in local football, we are confident he will make a significant impact. One team, one mission,” the statement read.

Kabonge’s mission is clear: help Iganga United avoid relegation and secure a spot in the FUFA Big League for the next season.
