Ugandan footballers were in action across the globe, showcasing their skills in various leagues and competitions. From France to South Sudan, and from Mexico to Tanzania, the Ugandan contingent made their presence felt, with some notable performances that grabbed headlines.

France

Shadia Nankya (full debut, 90 minutes) as Le Havre lost 3-0 to Lyon on Tuesday.

England

Assimwe Nathan played full-time as AFC Wimbledon claimed a 4-1 victory over Black Pool in League One on Wednesday.

Mukasa Divine played 61 minutes as Leicester City lost 3-1 to QPR in the Championship on Saturday.
