ENOCK TUMWESIGYE BIDS EMOTIONAL FAREWELL TO KIGEZI HOMEBOYZ FC

Defender Enock Tumwesigye has announced his departure from Kigezi HomeBoyz FC after an emotional 18-month spell with the club.
In a heartfelt farewell message, Tumwesigye thanked the club’s management, teammates, chairman Davis Muhangi, and fans for their support during his time at the club.
“To my beloved Kigezi HomeBoyz FC family, my teammates, Club Chairman Davis Muhangi, management, and our cherished fans, today marks the end of an unforgettable chapter in my life. As I say goodbye, I do so with a heavy heart, but with immense gratitude for the incredible journey we have shared over the past one and a half years,” he wrote.
Tumwesigye singled out the club’s promotion to the Uganda Premier League as the highlight of his time at HomeBoyz.
“To our amazing fans, your passion, loyalty, and encouragement meant everything. Celebrating our promotion to the Uganda Premier League together is a memory I will treasure for the rest of my life.”
The defender, who wore the No. 5 jersey and captained the side, said the club will always hold a special place in his heart.
“Kigezi HomeBoyz FC will always hold a special place in my heart. I leave with nothing but love, pride, and gratitude, and I wish the club continued success and many more great achievements in the years ahead. Thank you for everything.”
Enock Tumwesigye already completed his move to Bugolobi based side NEC Football Club.
