No Mercy! Kawempe Muslim Ladies Tear UJECO Apart in 8-0 CECAFA Rout

Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC unleashed a goal storm in their second group stage match of the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Zonal Qualifiers, crushing UJECO 8-0.
Jovia Nakagolo was the star of the show, firing a first half hat-trick with goals in the 13th, 20th and 26th minutes to put the Ugandan champions firmly in control.
Samalie Nakacwa added the fourth in the 28th minute before captain Agnes Nabukenya found the net five minutes later.

Latifah Nakasi joined the scoring party in the 39th minute as Kawempe Muslim went into halftime with a commanding 6-0 advantage.
The dominance continued after the break, with Apiding Cecilia scoring in the 52nd minute to make it 7-0.
Nakasi then completed the rout in the 89th minute, grabbing her second goal of the match to seal an emphatic 8-0 victory.
The result provides a major boost to Kawempe Muslim’s hopes of progressing from the group as they continue their quest to qualify for the CAF Women’s Champions League.

Nakagolo’s hat-trick and Nakasi’s brace highlighted a ruthless attacking performance from the Ugandan champions, who controlled the game from start to finish.
