NEC FC Appoints New Head Coach.
Bugolobi based side National Enterprise Corporation Football Club appoints new head, replacing Hussein Mbalangu.
In a significant development, NEC Football Club has appointed Kaddu Badru Mukasa as its new head coach, following the departure of Hussein Mbalangu. Kaddu, a CAF A licensed tactician, has signed a three-year employment contract with the Bugolobi-based side, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the team.

Kaddu’s appointment comes after a successful stint as head coach of Express FC, where he led the team to a 9th-place finish in the Uganda Premier League last season. Kaddu has a proven track record, having previously served as an assistant coach at KCCA FC, alongside Mike Mutebi and Sam Ssimbwa, and remained in the same role under Morley Byekwaso after Mutebi’s departure in 2021 . He also guided Bugerere FC to top-flight promotion in 2008.
Kaddu’s coaching philosophy emphasizes player expression and creativity, encouraging his players to “play with passion and beauty”.
