Record Buganda Masaza Cup champions Gomba have today confirmed their technical team with experienced tactician Felix Ssekabuzza announced as their head coach.

Coach Being Unveiled as the head coach of Gomba .

The past two years, Ssekabuzza has been in charge of Buweekula, finishing third in 2024 and lifting the title in the 2025 edition, defeating Ssingo in the final at Hamza Stadium Nakivubo.

The last time he handled Gomba in 2023 , they stormed to the finals, losing 1-0 to Bulemeezi at Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium courtesy of Johnson Ssenyonga’s lonely strike. Felix Ssekabuzza will have a mountain to climb, given the fact that Gomba failed to make it past the group stages in the last edition despite massive recruitment.

The official unveiling of the technical team took place at Green View Gardens and Results Kanoni. Gomba Lions’ full technical staff includes:

• Kits Manager: Amanya Nicholas
• Camp Manager: Kasenge Ivan
• Assistant: Kagimu Ronnie

Gomba have won five Masaza Cup titles, in 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2020. With Ssekabuzza at the helm, they’re looking to add to that tally .
