Kyagwe Ssaza FC has strengthened its lineup with the addition of two explosive players, Shaban Kayongo and Lauben Lubwama according to Swiftsports, in a bid to make a deep run in the upcoming Masaza Cup. The last Masaza Cup semifinalists have been on a recruitment spree, snapping up the dynamic duo from Ssingo and Busujju Ssaza respectively.

Kayongo, a clinical forward with a knack for finding the back of the net, was instrumental in Ssingo’s impressive run to the finals last edition, where they narrowly lost to Buweekula at the Hamz Stadium Nakivubo.

His lethal pace and finishing ability make him a valuable asset for Kyagwe’s attacking lineup. Lubwama, on the other hand, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having featured prominently for Busujju in the quarterfinals last season.
