Heartbreaking News: Radnicki Head Coach Dies After Collapsing During Match

Mladen Žižović, a 45-year-old Bosnian football manager, collapsed during a Serbian Super League match between Mladost Lučani and Radnički 1923 on November 3, 2025.

He suffered a heart attack in the 22nd minute and was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead .

Žižović had just joined Radnički 1923 as the head coach, having previously managed several clubs, including Borac Banja Luka and Zrinjski Mostar. He was known for eliminating Olimpija Ljubljana from European competitions while coaching Borac .

The match was initially continued after Žižović’s collapse but was later suspended when the players were informed of his passing.
