New FUFA Big League entrants Catda Football Club have appointed George Nsimbe as their new head coach on a two-year employment contract .
Catda FC earned promotion to the FUFA Big League after defeating Buganda Region League side Super Eagles Lungogwe Football Club under the Stewardship of Coach Hamidu Kibirango.

Managerial Career.
The former KCCA FC tactician also handled Vipers SC.
Kyetume FC: He was appointed head coach of Kyetume FC in June 2019 on a two-year contract, replacing Jackson Mayanja. However, his tenure was cut short in November 2019 when Kyetume FC parted ways with him after a series of unconvincing results.

Kiyinda Boys: Nsimbe took over as head coach of FUFA Big League side Kiyinda Boys in January 2024, replacing Muhamadi Senfuma. However, it seems he resigned from the role later that year.
Other teams: Nsimbe has also coached Express FC, Victors FC, Fire Masters, Azam FC in Tanzania, and Tusker FC in Kenya and Buganda Region League side Manyangwa .

Nsimbe won 2008 league title during his stints at KCCA FC and the 2010 Uganda Cup title at Victors FC demonstrating his ability to deliver results. Having coached in different countries Nsimbe has shown his ability to adapt to new environments which could help him navigate the specific challenges of Catda FC.
His experience in talent identification could help Catda FC discover and nurture young talent, potentially improving the team’s overall performance.
