Aucho Leads Singida To CECAFA Kagame Cup Final

Uganda Cranes captain Aucho Khalid leads Singida Black Stars to the CECAFA Kagame Cup final .

Having missed the group stages matches due to international engagements with the Uganda Cranes in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, Aucho Khalid yesterday captained his side Singida Black Stars as they defeated KMC FC 2-0 in the semi-finals of the CECAFA Kagame Cup.

Zambian forward Clatous Chama gave Singida Black Stars the lead in the 45th minute before Andre Koffi doubled their lead 19 minutes after the restart of the second stanza.

Khalid Aucho’s side finished top of the group A with seven points under the Stewardship of Coach Gamondi Miguel.

The CECAFA Kagame Cup 2025 is sponsored by Betika , while the president of Rwanda Paul Kagame provides US$ 60,000 towards cash prizes
