Five-Time Champions Gomba Unveil 2026 Masaza Cup Squad.

Five-time Masaza Cup winners Gomba Ssaza FC have officially unveiled their squad for the 2026 edition.

The announcement came yesterday at Kabulasoke PTC Ground, where Gomba also played a 1-1 friendly draw with Buweekula as final preparations.

After heavy recruitment last year ended in a group-stage exit, Gomba will be looking for redemption this time.

The team has been placed in the Masengere Group alongside Kyaggwe, Busiro, Bulemeezi, Ssese, and Mawokota.

Gomba have added experience with Aniku Fahad and Ssemanda Colline, both of whom won last year’s title with Buweekula. The side will also lean on firepower from Buganda Region League top scorer Kasule Muhammad Meddie, who joins from Masaka City SC, and forward Ssewanyana Robert.
