The 20th match day of the FUFA Big League is set to ignite with seven electrifying matches, promising to shake the standings and stir the emotions of fans across Uganda. The stage is set for a thrilling round of football, with teams vying for promotion, survival, and bragging rights.
Here’s are the matches to be played today in the FUFA Big League.
Catda FC, precariously perched on 15th place with 19 points from 19 matches, will host Young Elephant Academy at Bugolobi Coffee, desperate to break their nine-match winless streak, having managed just one victory in their last nine matches.

The Young Elephants, sitting pretty in sixth place with 28 points, will look to capitalize on Catda’s struggles, despite Isaac Gumperom’s missed penalty in their previous goalless draw.
Kiyinda Boys FC, under Coach Kisakye Emmy, will face a stern test against table-toppers Kigezi Homeboyz FC at Betham City Ground.

Kigezi Homeboyz FC, boasting an unbeaten run of five matches and sitting top of the summit with 35 points from 19 matches, aims to extend their lead, while Kiyinda Boys, with 27 points from 19 matches and four wins in their previous five matches, seeks to upset the apple cart.
Soltilo Bright Stars will look to snap their three-match winless streak against Nebbi Central FC at Maroons Stadium-Luzira. The Bright Stars, sitting eighth with 26 points from 19 matches, have lost two matches since the second round, including a 1-0 loss to Kaaro Karungi and another 1-0 loss to Kiyinda Boys FC, while Nebbi Central FC, 10th with 24 points, aims to climb the table.

The Eastern Derby promises fireworks as Kataka FC hosts Iganga United FC at Mbale City Stadium. Kataka FC, buoyed by their 3-0 thrashing of Mbale Heroes and sitting third with 31 points from 19 matches, aims to make it two wins on the trot. Iganga United FC, winless in their four matches and sitting 11th with 24 points, seeks to end their winless streak.
Relegation-threatened Kaaro Karungi FC, sitting 14th with 21 points, will face promotion-bound Blacks Power FC at Kyamatte Stadium. Blacks Power FC, sitting second with 33 points, will look to close the gap on leaders Kigezi Homeboyz FC.
Bunyaruguru United FC will look to bounce back from their poor run against Mbale Heroes FC at Nyamambuka Ground-Kasese. Bunyaruguru United have lost three of their four matches in the second round, while Mbale Heroes FC, propped up at the bottom with 17 points from 19 matches, will aim to avoid a fourth consecutive defeat.

The battle for promotion intensifies as Ntugasaze FC hosts Paidha Black Angels SC at Kavumba Recreational Ground. Ntugasaze, sitting fourth with 30 points and winless in their last three matches, will look to redeem themselves against coach Mark Twinamatisko’s side Paidha Black Angels SC, who have won five of their previous seven matches and sit fifth with 29 points.
