According to reliable sources, their left-back has suffered a shoulder dislocation during today’s training session at the MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo. It’s not yet known how long he’ll be sidelined, but he’s definitely out of Friday’s clash against Vipers SC.

At the beginning of the season, Jacob Okao also suffered a long-term injury, and other players like Atendele Mawa Geriga and Siraje Sentamu are also on the injury list.

Last year in March, he scored a thrilling late winner for KCCA FC against Vipers SC at St Mary’s Stadium, converting a penalty kick awarded after referee Ali Sabila judged Paul Patrick Mbowa to have handled the ball in the penalty area.

The roving left-back is known for his whipping crosses and is a dead-ball specialist, making him a valuable asset to NEC FC. His absence will be deeply felt, as he’s a key player who brings a lot of quality to the team’s attacking plays.

NEC FC, under Coach Kaddu Badru’s stewardship, have managed to win just one match in four matches so far.

After Friday’s clash against Vipers SC, NEC FC will return to action on December 12th against KCCA FC.

NEC FC currently sit 9th on the table with 10 points from eight Matches.
